When
The gateway, or a service it relies on, cannot handle the request at the moment: the database, the identity provider or the authorization policy cannot be reached, or the database has no session free in time. This passes on its own.
What to do
Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After, which retryAfterSec repeats, then send the request again.
